DESCRIPTION:Join the YEAA Committee of ACTRA Toronto for an evening celebrating short films created by ACTRA members. \nYEAA Shorts: Exhibition Series is a year-long initiative designed to showcase outstanding ACTRA-made short films and inspire the next generation of filmmakers within our union. Selected films will screen at Rolling Pictures’ screening room in downtown Toronto\, followed by a moderated Q&A with participating artists. \nEvent Details\n🗓️February 27\, 2026\n📍 Rolling Pictures – 150 John Street\, Toronto\n🕡 Doors Open: 6:30 PM\n🎬 Screenings Begin: 7:00 PM\n🎤 Q&A: 8:30 PM – 8:45 PM \nSeating is limited to 20 ACTRA members. Advance registration is required to secure your spot (see below). Registration closes at 11:30 p.m. on February 26\, 2026\, or when maximum capacity is reached. \nAs YEAA is a committee focused on ACTRA members who can play ages 17–30\, members within this demographic will be prioritized in registration. \nAfterparty\nThe celebration continues at The Fox on John (106 John St #3\, Toronto\, ON M5V 2E1) immediately following the screening. \nCome support fellow ACTRA members\, connect with emerging filmmakers\, and celebrate the creative work happening within our community. \nWe look forward to seeing you there.
