DESCRIPTION:The ACTRA Toronto Minors Committee will meet on Friday\, October 30\, 2026\, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Zoom. \nTo join the committee mailing list and to RSVP for this meeting\, please email minors@actratoronto.com and provide the following details: \n\nChild’s Name\nACTRA Member Number\nAdditional Child’s Name (optional)\nACTRA Member Number (optional)\nEmail\nParent(s)/Guardian(s) Name\n\nRegistration is required. The Committee will email participants a Zoom link. \nFor this upcoming meeting\, we are excited to present the document the Financial Working Group put together\, which lists concerns about AFBS and Minors Trust and outlines how to address them. We will also discuss a proposal for a Minors event in December\, since this will require a few weeks to get approval. Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram @actratorontominors \nThe ACTRA Toronto Minors Committee is member-driven and open to our younger performers\, their parents and guardians. It’s a space to connect\, share experiences\, and collaborate as a community on how we can better support young talent in our industry. DESCRIPTION:ACTRA Toronto Diversity and Inclusion Committee is proud to announce our next Access Series event: An Audition Workshop with Chandler Boriska. \nThe Access Series creates meaningful connections between ACTRA Toronto performers and the industry professionals who shape their careers\, including casting directors\, directors\, showrunners\, and more. Through workshops\, live feedback\, Q&As\, and candid conversations\, The Access Series will give performers practical insight into the industry\, a chance to ask questions\, strengthen their craft\, and better understand the processes behind the scenes. \nThe Access Series is open to all ACTRA Toronto performers in good standing. \n  \nWhen: November 11\, 2026\, from 2:30 – 5 p.m \nWhere: Online (Zoom) \n  \nHow to Participate:  \nOption 1: Attend the Workshop \nVisit the registration page. Virtual attendees will receive the Zoom link 1–2 days before the workshop. \nOption 2: Submit a Self-Tape for Expert Feedback \nWant Chandler Boriska to review your work? \n\nVisit the registration page starting October 28\, 2026.\nUse the form to register and submit your reel\, resume and headshot by 5 p.m. on November 2\, 2026.\nWe will notify selected participants by email by November 4\, 2026. Slides (provided by Chandler and team) will be sent on November 5\, 2026.\nRecord a self-tape as though you are auditioning for a role.\nSubmit your self-tape by November 9\, 2026. \nThe audience will review self-tapes live on November 11\, and selected participants will have the chance to receive live redirection/feedback from Chandler and perform it like a Zoom callback.\n\nNote: You must also register for the workshop. Submitting a reel and/or self-tape does not automatically reserve your spot. \n  \n  \n
