Interested in being a part of the 24th annual ACTRA Awards in Toronto? Interested in giving back to your union? Apply now to be a juror for one of the Outstanding Performance Awards!
For the first time, ACTRA Toronto is putting out a call for jurors! Join a panel of past nominees and winners, industry guests and sibling members to evaluate the outstanding performances of your sibling ACTRA Toronto members across one of the following Outstanding Performance Award categories:
- Female on camera
- Male on camera
- Non-Binary/Gender Non-Conforming on camera
- Commercial on camera
- Gender Non-Conforming or Female Voice
- Gender Non-Conforming or Male Voice
- Youth Voice
- Videogame Voice
Note: Apply by 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 25, 2026. All applications will be reviewed by the ACTRA Awards in Toronto team. While we appreciate all interest, only selected individuals will be contacted. Successful applicants will be notified no later than Friday, February 27, 2026.

Receive a discounted, non-transferable ticket to attend the 24th ACTRA Awards in Toronto ($275 value).
ACTRA Toronto members must meet the following eligibility requirements to participate:
- Be an ACTRA Toronto member in good standing (Full and Apprentice only)
- Be 18 years of age as of December 31, 2025
- Be available to participate in the jury process* in March 2026 (this includes screening and scoring eligible submissions (up to approximately 6-12 hours of content) ahead of the jury days and participating in up to two online jury days). Commercial and videogame submissions will require less viewing time. Jury days are scheduled on weekdays and require a time commitment of up to approximately 4-6 hours. Failure to complete the jury process in full may result in an adjustment to your honorarium.
- Understand they will be required to read and sign a confidentiality agreement confirming they will keep all submissions confidential, not share screening materials, declare any conflicts of interest with respect to submissions (projects or individuals) upon receipt, and will view and judge all submissions fairly and equally.
*the jury process varies by Outstanding Performance Award category in terms of the volume of screening material (up to 12 hours of content (commercial and videogame submissions will require less viewing time) and the number of jury days (up to two). Jurors are expected to be available to participate in the scheduled jury days or, if not, to complete the viewing of all screening materials and to provide their scores to their respective jury coordinator by the deadline.
