CANADA POST SERVICE DISRUPTION
Due to the ongoing Canada Post service disruption, IPA (film and television) productions have been advised to make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup of performer cheques until the situation is resolved. Commercial cheques are being held for pick-up between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the ACTRA Toronto office, second floor reception (at 625 Church Street). A valid ID is required for pickup.
IPA
If you are expecting a cheque from an IPA production, check with the production first to see what alternate arrangements they may have made for pick-up/delivery.
Commercial Cheques
As per the NCA, Section 26, Remittance of Payments, session payments are due 15 business days from date of production. Use payments are due 20 working days from the first air date.
If you are expecting a cheque from a NCA production, please complete the form below to find out if your cheque is available for pickup. An ACTRA Toronto commercial examiner will follow up with additional information.
