The story follows Robert\, a talented musician who begins hearing voices. After seeking help from a therapist\, malevolent creatures begin pursuing him\, only stopping when he plays his guitar. Can Robert uncover the cause of the Ghouls before he succumbs to them? \nFollowing the reading\, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the script and provide feedback in a collaborative development environment. \nLight snacks will be provided. \nCapacity is limited. Please RSVP below to watch the table read by 4 p.m. ET on Thursday\, June 11\, 2026\, to confirm your attendance.

DESCRIPTION:When: June 18\, 2026\, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m \nWhere: the ACTRA Toronto office (625 Church Street\, Suite 200\, Toronto) or online via Zoom \nIn this interactive 90-minute session\, selected participants will have their self-tapes reviewed live by a panel of industry experts offering practical\, unfiltered feedback on performance\, physicality\, framing\, and what actually stands out in a self-tape. The session will conclude with a live Q&A\, giving members the chance to ask questions directly and gain deeper insight into the craft and expectations of MoCap work. \nHow to Participate:  \nOption 1: Attend the Workshop \nDue to capacity limits for the ACTRA Toronto boardroom and Zoom\, registration for this event is now closed. \nVirtual attendees will receive the Zoom link 1–2 days before the workshop. \nOption 2: Submit a Self-Tape for Expert Feedback \nWant your work reviewed by the panel? \n\nVisit the submission page to access the audition sides and full submission instructions.\nRecord a self-tape as though you are auditioning for a motion capture role.\nSubmit your self-tape using the online submission form by 5 p.m. on June 5\, 2026.\n\nYou must also register below for the workshop. Submitting a self-tape does not automatically reserve your spot for the event. \nSelected self-tapes will be reviewed during the workshop\, with industry professionals providing feedback on: \n\nPerformance choices\nPhysicality and movement\nCamera framing and self-tape technique\n\nImportant Notes \n\nIn-person seating is limited.
