- Reach out to the agent/individual who booked you to see if they have received any cheques or correspondence from Production.
- Have your agent reach out to Production to inquire on your behalf.
- If you do not have an agent, please visit ACTRA Toronto’s What’s Shooting page for for Production’s email or phone number and get in touch with Production’s accounting department. [Be prepared with your voucher, contract, or email with booked or cancelled dates].
- If Production does not respond to you or your agent, please email the assigned ACTRA Business Representative (see the What’s Shooting page) so that they can follow up. [Remember to forward all correspondence you have sent to Production to the ACTRA Business Representative].
